Clients too busy to utilize the DIY system online, but still want some level of control now have the option to take pictures themselves and email them to BaselinePCA for us to do the rest!
Clients email BaselinePCA a request to create an account. A staff member will create the account and send detailed instructions regarding this process. Clients are asked to take 4 pictures of each room from each corner plus closets, outside building elevations and perimeter pictures of the site. Items will not be detailed as in Option 1, but pictures will provide proof of ownership and help the client create a detailed list in the event of a loss.
