Creating a Home or Building Footprint
Hire a BaselinePCA professional to perform a detailed and accurate footprint of your home or building. This service will provide you with (1) the exterior measurements of the building(s); (2) the dimension of the interior rooms (including ceiling heights) of the building(s); (3) the dimensions of the windows and doors in the building(s) and the interior finish out; (4) the measurements of any other pertinent structures on the property (including detached garages, sheds and fences). With this detailed diagram of your home or business, there is nothing left to chance in the event of a loss. Create a Roof Diagram
In addition to the home or businees footprint, BaselinePCA can also create an exact diagram of your roof structure. This service will provide you with (1) an accurate diagram of the building(s) roof, including pertinent structures or detached buildings; (2) accurate dimensions of the building(s) roof; (3) the roof pitch(es) throughout the entire roof structure; (4) pictures that document the materials, types and condition at the time of documentation. Like the building footprint, this service provides you with knowledge of what you own.
